ASA is owed by Nicola Robinson

Nicola started her professional career working with elderly people requiring residential and nursing care. She then specialised in children social care over several years.

Nicola has a vast experience of working within Children Social Care as a Social Worker, Manager, Independent Reviewing Officer, LADO and Child Protection Chair.

The ASA team created by Nciola is  made up of social workers and support / youth workers, who are experienced with working with young people.

Each team member has up to date training that meets and is approved by commissioning services, has safeguarding and  risking assessment training and must have a passion to support young people.

Each team member has completed NVQ level 2( or in the process of completing).  Each member of staff has an up to date Disclose Barring Service.

As a new provider to the market, ASA understands that mutual trust, confidence, and a high standard of service can go a long way. We strive to reassure prospective placing authorities, commissioners, and agencies that ASA is an exemplary service, and we plan on building long lasting relationships with all partners as we begin our journey to establishing service excellence. We aim to be accommodating and flexible in our approach and to establish a reputation of being a highly professional, young person focused, high quality provider of supported accommodation in the southwest of England.
